Paying down My Cash Now and Discount Advances

I still haven't heard from the AG nor anyone else for that matter. I started with 15 PDL's and have gotten 5 PIF. Of the remaining 10 4 still had principle I had not paid off. Of those 4 2 are with MTE and the 2 others are my cash now and Discount Advances. MTE, One Click Cash, ameriloan, United and 500 Fast Cash have been part of my life for years. I shudder to think what I have actually paid them in interest on all the loans I had with them. I still owe principle on my current loans with One Click and Ameriloan but I'm not going to deal with them until I hear from the AG (if I can hold out) These were my first loans with My Cash and Disc. Advances and for a payday loan they have reasonable interest. I made the decision to get caught up with the fees and then work to pay them off.
They let me combine the payments into one moneygram so that I wouldn't have to pay two moneygram fees. They even went so far as to suggest moneygram over Western Union because it would be cheaper. I'm to call in the morning with the moneygram transaction code and then we'll talk about my balance. I even sent some paydown with it. I had always intended to pay these and the fees were my fault for not contacting them and making payment arrangements before I closed my account. I feel good about this - once I get these done I'll only have 8 to deal with. One of those is Cash2day4u, I had one phone call from them the day after my account closed and basically told them to take a hike. They might rear their ugly heads but they can't touch me can they? So if I count that one dead I only have 7 left to go after I finish these payments - that is less than half of what I started with! That feels good.
I can't thank you all enough for being here for me and helping me though this all - I would of never gotten this far without this website.

MPerez, I am in NY too and in a payday loan mess. I did have loans with the two companies you mentioned (MCN and Discount) and agree that their rates are not as bad as the other evil companies (ALL MTE), and I was more than willing to work out an arrangement with them. Their CS reps are very nice and helpful too. I didn't want to screw them over, so I paid them what I owed them (plus interest, but as I stated, it wasn't bad at all).
