Consolidate Payday Loans?

If I remember right I saw something on the news about payday loans and the military. There is a special rule for military people.

Who do you have your loans through? I know there is someone here that can help you through this. Did you take out the loans or did your hubby? that may make a difference in this case.

You could talk to the lender and tell them your situation and see if you could set up a payment arrangement. I know some companies do, do this. I did with Advance America. Tell them how much you could pay either every 2 weeks or each month. Just be honest with them, they will be more willing to work with you then.

thanks so much. I think are only hope might be talking with the payday lenders asking them to work with us, although I am not counting on it...i know these companies all want money and nothing else. My hubby is the one who took these loans out because i am not working, i stay home with my kids who are not in school yet. The problem is are credit is bad, we dont have alot of debt anymore, but we used to and we were behind on alot of stuff, so needless to say it stays on your credit report for a while. Even though we payed most of it off last year while he was deployed. We have tried to apply for loans at an afforadable rate and repayment and we have been denied by all due to credit. I know if we do not pay them at all,my husband will end up in trouble at work, i just dont know what to do..what do you do when you just dont have the money for these things. This was such a bad mistake(getting payday loans) Its such a trap. Thanks for your replies.
