what is United trying to do???

United cash is a pain. Plain and simple. Keep emailing them and sending postal mail. Also, MAKE SURE that you don't get any more money deposited into your account from them. Keep fighting, eventually you will beat them, I promise.

I closed my old bank account a little over 2 months ago. I don't think they can deposit money into that account. They do not know my new bank account info so hopefully i'm safe with that. I will keep fighting this company. I am so sick of them. They e-mailed me after i filed a report with the BBB in big bold letters that they will not reply to anymore of my e-mails. I still send them e-mails. I also still send them certified letters but never get any response. In California they have a desist and refrain order to stop payday lending since 2006. You are right this company is a big pain!

If your bank account - with the information the pdl has - is closed, even if they try to send you funds, it will be returned by the bank to them since the account is closed. No account - no deposits. Plain and simple. I think they are insane. And I know exactly what you mean about getting emails from pdl's in HUGE BOLD PRINTstating they won't corresponde with you anymore. This is an MTE Financial tactic. Is this pdl an MTE Financial d/b/a????

I read somewhere that Unitedcashloans are with MTE. I just don't understand what they are trying to do. Just 2 days ago i logged onto my account and it said it was in collections but then today it says i have applied for a loan and it is pending LOL. That is just strange.

They are a strange group...and yes they are MTE...I have 3 with MTE and United is/was one. I don't understand how they change their tactics from one person to another. I started emailing them and trying to come to a resolution..as i posted night before last. I "barganed" them down from $450. to $100. and they marked me pif. And then other people they won't work with at all???

United Cash Loans is one of the worst. They didn't contact me forever and I called to check my status and tell them I was filing bk. They told me that they were STILL attempting to debit from my account, even though it had been closed for 2 months at least. They sent me emails every day for at least a month from finalcollections@unitedcashloans saying this was my last chance to settle. They never responded to my AG complaint. I can't stand them.

They aren't responding to mine either. I have sent them several, and no response. Both United and OneClickcash are ignoring me.
