Cashcall isn't the same as a payday loan - Worse in a way because they are backed by a bank and charge outrageous interest.
Are the rest of the loans internet or storefront?

So according to NV law a repayment plan is required - Talk to each of the storefronts, explain your situation, and ask to set up a payment plan. Just don't agree to anything you can't afford.
Once you defualt on these payday loans, the iterest rate goes way down. I would suggest reading this thread:

And consider closing your bank account. Most storefronts will put the check through once you default, so closing the account will at least avoid nsf fees at the bank.

You could - That's a choice you have to make for yourself. Some people like going through a consolidation company so they don't have to do it themselves, but others like to save the money. It's really up to you . . . . I can't recommend one way or the other.

Cashcall will have to be handled differently - They are going to say they won't work with any consolidation company. They are a very bad company to work with. I would try to keep your payments to them current, at least for now, and then once the storefronts are taken care of, you can start paying bigger chunks each month to get the balance down. This company will sue you and garnish your wages if you don't pay them . . . .
No company can garnish your wages without a court order. So first you would have to go to court and they would have to get a judgement against you. As long as you are paying them something every month, odds are low that they will take you to court.
Ok thank you so much for your help i really appriciate it
