Goudah Bank Information Help

Goudah,
I know you have the list of banks that you can get an account with that don't use, forgive me if I am wrong with my term, telecheck. Could you PM me the information for the state of Maine.

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!!

PleasePlease help me!! I live in Hope, Arkansas. I am in chexsystem. I still have a bank account with the bank that did it to me but they will not let me have a debit/atm card and have cut off any extra benefits. I am a disabled, senior citizen drawing social security on myself and a grandson I am raising, who belongs to my dead son. I need a placer to have my checks despossited and way to debit my account for bills, groceries and other necessities. Of course being in chexsystem keeps me from banking anywhere else. One my grandsons who was underage at the time had an account that i vouched for him at the time. His account was cleaned out and his overdraft used up. The bank charged the mess to me. I paid over $300 of $600 they said I owed. I don't think this is fair, of course, since we told them right away his bank things were stolen. The bank is BankCopSouth.....Thank you, Sue

Did the theft happen recently? If so, you need to file a police report. Make the bank refund the overdraft fees caused by the theft. They must. If you still have problems, contact their corporate office. If you still have problems, file a complaint with the OCC (Office of the Comptroller of Currency) They regulate national banks.
