Will they call my job?

Hey guys, one more question and then I promise I will shut up...

Do you think after I send Oneclickcash the email revoking them to debit my account, call my references, employer, etc..that they will call anyway?

What is your honest opinion?

I have paid these people back their money and then some. I am sick over this.

Why do you want to keep your mouth shut? Post your questions hundred times until all your confusions are cleared. Someone will be always here to help.

I have heard many people victimized by this company. Even if they call, you should inform that you are aware of the laws of your state and are not going to pay an extra dime. Go through this link and make yourself informed.

Please don't shut up! The only way we learn is by asking questions!

I assume that you sent a cease and desist letter? It is possible that they may still call your employer even with a C&D..But all you have to do is remind them of that letter and they should stop. Just remember, PDLS never ever play nice.

You should know by now PDLs are a breed of their own; they will do anything they can think of to get you to pay.

When you stop paying on your own, then they try to use a wage assignment. If you revoke your wage, then they will try to 'humiliate you into paying.' And that is where calling your refs and co-workers comes in. They think if they tell your boss you committed fraud, then you will pay them just to keep your boss out of the loop.

Like fins said, your letter probably won't stop them from calling whoever they can. Even if you sent a C&D telling them to stop downloading you every day, they would still download you promptly at 2pm and send the sheriff's out after you (a little inside joke).

Your best bet is to warn your friends/family/coworkers that these places will be calling. Have your coworkers ready to say "Our company policy is not to take these phone calls." If you don't quite want to tell your co-workers/boss why these places are calling, some have been successful saying you have been a victim of ID theft and that's why these places are calling.

Just stand your ground and keep backing yourself up with the laws. Sooner or later, they will get tired of barking up the wrong tree and move onto another account.
