This company left me a message on my answering machine and I contacted them today. I was given one hour to come up with over $4000.00 and call them back with my checking account number and routing number or I would be sued with garnishments and a lien on my house. I contacted Sears who the debt is with and they told me that the account was turned over to Sherman Collections on 7/3/07. I called Sherman and was told that the account was not even in legal action and that NES should not have done what they did. Any help would be appreciated.
