First off, in most states, defaulting on a PDL is not a criminal offense. What state are you in? And second, there are companies out there that work with PDL's only. I would google them here and pick the one out that best meets your needs.

I just read a post dated check or electronic transfer could not be procecuted only civil matter. is that true in Pa?
