does anyone know how I would contact a collection company called NCOP.

Are you sure it isn't NCO financial?

No, I don't believe they are looking for subprime mortgage information (National Community Options Program). They did specifically mention collection agency, so I believe they are talking about NCO - the subsidiary called MEDCLR-INOVISION-NCOP. Here is their contact info:
