Welcome to the forums Jen! Although I'm no expert in this matter i'd think not... Maybe call ur bank and explain teh circumstances to this and put a hold on any ACH withdrawls. (not even sure that's the right term) But i'm sure someone who knows more will be along shortly to help u with more knowledge of this than i have!

That is just a plain lie to get you to give them money. Send them a letter telling them that you owe them nothing and you are repoting them to the attorney general and the FTC for trying to collect illegally. Tell them they are not to contact you anymore regarding this matter. Then file those comlaints. The site has more complaints about them then anyone. If you do a search there address will come up. The only way a company can take money from your account legally is if you allow it or they go to court and get a lien. They will not do that because they are an illegal operation. These creeps have to be stopped.

That is a new scam they are telling people to scare money out of them, they are telling them that no matter where their new bank account is they will find it and debit it. Don't fear them, they are blowhards and lying, get complaints in you will make progress!

According to the legal aide office in the state I live in they CAN NOT DO THIS!!!!!!!!! They are just wanting your money. They would have to have your routing and account numbers. As long as you haven't applied for a IPDL on the internet you should be okay. :D

my account is 460 dollars overdrawn cause you took money out of it you are listed aqs the people who took the money out i never authorized this i do not even know who you people are i filed a fraud claim with the bank i will proceed if you do not make this right i am on disability and have 4 children to support and it is totally outragous what you have done to my bank account you took 200 dollars then 260 dollars please make this right i never authorized this...my e-mail is email address removed as per forum rules - Mike you need to do this immediatly thank you darlene hawk

HI Sassy. I know there are rules about emails and such but if this guy is for real then maybe some of the people here would be interested in being part of the class action against westbury. What would be the appropriate way to find out more about this without violating the site rules? Thanks!
