I have a loan with nationwide however I have not been able to get an email address.

Those are the two email addresses in which I have received correspondence from them. There is nothing on them that indicates that you cannot reply to the addresses, but they do make it very difficult to contact them via email sometimes.

They actually have not been bad to work with. They worked out a reasonable settlement with me. I am currently working with a representative named Darryl and he is very nice. They are letting me pay over a period of 6 pay periods. I still legally owed them money so I happily took the deal with them.
