Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do (legally) about this outfit except file complaints with the appropriate authorities. I am filing my complaint with the FTC. Personally, I'm doing some "reverse intimidation" and intend to make a visit to Ontario and kick some butt!!! I promised "Mr. David" I would kick his ass up one side of the country and down the other...

No, he just plays one on TV! But seriously, we all know these people are crooks, but kicking someone's ass isn't the answer. They get the upper hand and can haul you into court for assault--and I don't want that. I want to see them go down as much as you do--but legally!
