Here is the opinion of the FLDFS. Eastside can interpret the law to there favor if they want. Why not? But Florida said this.

Mr. Whited is the Area Financial Manager over payday loans and he will be able to answer specific questions you may have. You may reach Mr. Whited at 1-800-342-2247."
I will forward the entire email to you if you would like to print and mail it to them. Please delete any of my personal info like my last name and email address. Mr Whited however said that the laws are undefined and internet lenders pose serious issues.
Did you tell them in your letter that you have filed complaints against them?
