Yes thank you Here to Help!! I saw the same thing on my credit report and of course it had no number on it. Plus once I called, I had closed the account 2 years ago and for some reason they didnt report it...

I had 3 acts with them. I paid off an acct and they posted it to the wrong acct. They then dinged my credit report. Just found out and will follow this to the end and file a complaint with the BBB. Their Customer "No service" said they were having internal problems with their computers in the credit dept and promised that nothing would go on my credit report. I'll not be doing business with them any longer. Be aware of their "one year no payments" offers. They are so lame!!!!!!!!
