Hello again, I thought it might be helpful for people to see the responses I'm getting from different pdl companies, this one's from CashNet USA. I took out a loan for $500 on 5/18 and they were going to debit $655.55 on 6/1. My loan defaulted b/c I froze my account. They emailed me the following:

Quote:

They have tried to call me a few times but I am going to do all of my communication with them via e-mail so I can have everything documented and in writing. How much does it cost to money gram/western union? I may just go ahead and agree to their plan so they'll get off my back for awhile & in the mean time I'll track down their address thru this forum & start sending them money orders since those are relatively inexpensive.

If anyone has advice on anything I should do differently, please let me know .

Thank you!

This is actually pretty generous of them....YOu do want to work with them as they are probably the only liscensed online PDL out there. They do take money orders even though they would have you believe that they do not....If you call them thet will give you their address. I had it here somewhere but cannot locate it at this exact moment.

I also got a reply from CashnetUSA yesterday requesting that I call them to set up arrangments. Today I get an e-mail saying that I contact them by 4pm to set up arrangements or they will debit my account. The account is closed and I have already sent them a letter revoking ACH debits. If I have revoked their authorization and they do it anyway, do I have any recourse against them? They won't get anything because the account is closed. I am sending T & C my retainer tomorrow. They told me not to even bother to contact them because it would be a waste of time and they would be contacting them anyway. Should I reply back to them? Any advice?

They have a website its cashnetusa.com I would say sending them money orders is the best way and just make sure you keep ALL of your recpts and get a PIF letter from them when your done. You don't want it to bite you in the butt. Just a side note you can send them however much you want, as far as payments go. IF they refuse a payment you have the right not to pay them. You can look up more information on that on the web. So if you ever do talk to them and they refuse a payment you are offering them make sure you document it: who, what time, date, etc. Hope this helps.

Make sure you take it to your Bank and show
your bank, that those are the arrangements
and no more than that. I wonder why they
just don't let you do wire transfers from your
Bank to their Bank.

If you do anything other than send them money order by certfied mail (signature required)they will screw you. as soon as the get your account numbers they will keep taking money out of your account EVEN AFTER EVERYTHING IS PAID. THEY ARE CROOKS. make YOUR requirement that the 2nd payment will not be sent untill the first one is credited and a recept in hand.
