I need help please with some verification of info.

Well I have finally tracked down exactly who is holding my loans for collections. 1 has never even contacted me but that's besides the point. I am and have been declared 100% disabled for almost 7 yrs. now. Now I have contacted all 3 companies just today and requested that they mail me the forms that my Dr. needs to send out to them. I am dealing with NCO..collecting for DOE....TG(Texas Garunteed) a Stafford.....and the ever loving Pioneer who is collecting for Sallie Mae who represents themselves as collecting for The finance authority of Maine...btw....the original letter came from General Revenue. However, Pioneer now claims they are the officail collector. Now that I have spoken with them and they have agreed to send the paper work for my DR. Are they bound by law to do so? If not where do I go from here? Thnx in advance!

The laws are set in favor of the consumers and you get the details from the companies collecting on your account. I guess they agreed to send you the papers just because they needed to. Wait for some days so that you can review the specifics.

Well I have gotten confirmation from 2 of them....but, the 1 wit

Well I have gotten confirmation from 2 of them....but, the 1 with Texas....hasn't returened my calls yet. I have left 3 voice messages. So I guess I just wait a few more days. My problem is that once I get the other 2 I only have 45 days to get the entire process complete. And, of course I just have a generic mailing address.....can't seem to get an adress for the spcific department that handles the disability claims.
