does any body know is AT&T internal collections will work with me to set up a payment plan on a phone bill that will be in default before the month is over; before they send it to an outside collection agency like Pallesides?

Hi James! How are you? I really don't know the answer to that question. Did they already shut your phone off? Maybe if you call them and make arrangements ahead of time they will not turn it over to a CA.

James, I really think the best thing to do would be to contact A T & T and ask them how they would handle this. I think if you are making regular payments they would not send it to a third party but I am not certain about that. I am sorry that you are having this problem. Have you figured out how to use your password and log in and everything yet?
