Sagamore Corp -anybody heard of them

Hello everyone im looking for info on Sagamore Corp. a payday loan company


I have been trying to find this corp so i can talk to them about my bill. My email address is email address removed as per forum rules - Mike Can somebody please help me. Thank you.

I got an email from this place "Sagamore Corp" that claimed to have approved me for a loan I'd applied for online. There was a phone # of 1-877-287-3428 ad fax # 1-877-287-3429. The contact person was Andrea Sagamore. I blocked my # and called, and the call was answered "Sagamore, this is Andrea". I hung up and tried to find this place online to no avail. I decided to call again and ask what type of place it is, and this time go a recording of a man's voice saying "B&B Processing. For new loans, press 1, for existing loans, press 2" I pressed 1, but then got another recording saying to leave my information and someone would get back to me. I just hung up at that point. My suggestion is BEWARE.

Here is thier Address...I called and let them know I was filing Bankruptcy and they gave it to me.

Can anyone tell me if they had money removed from their bank account by this Sagamore Corp illegally? Do they actually deposit into accounts or do they steal money from peoples accounts? Thanks

They legally deposit funds into your account after you apply with them, and speak with them. They only removed funds once you've had a loan with them, and they remove their interest rate until you pay off your loan. If you think they're illegally removing it, perhaps you should try calling them or READING the loan documents they sent you.

BEWARE!!!
Of this Payday Loan company. READ THE FINE PRINT!! They will automatically refinance your loan without any notice to you, you have to notify them, in writing, within three days of your loan being due to tell them you want to pay down or pay off instead of refinancing! At 700+% interest rates, you know they are making some money off of you! Also, when we tried to dispute the $3,000.00 that had been taken out of our account to pay off a $300.00 payday loan, they refused to offer any information in regard to thier location of business! My bank reccomends checking your credit reports with the credit bureaus also as they could be selling the information you provide to them as well! Who knows who they really are!!!! It's scams like these that can be the most costly!
