fast cash

Bank statement says fast cash- Called intercept EFT and they gave me the phone number 1 800 550 6051, said it is to payday-loan-yes. I called and couldn't reach a real person, entered by Social security and the company doesn't have it on file. So how are they debited/taking money out of my account. Anyone help me please. I don't ever remember applying to payday loan yes.
