I've tried calling them back but all that happens is, it rings one time and then nothing!

this is the only info I could find.

Not sure if you know, but you can do backward searces for phone numbers, both Yellow (business) and white pages (residential). this is off of msn, then just click yellow or white pages then you will see the link for the reverse phone number search. I found this off of the white (residential) page.
