Want to know more about the program

Hello. I just want to know about the program and is it really helpful with payday loans. Recently I fell on hard times when I became pregnant and I had to result to them to pay for medical expanses (big mistake). Now I'm in more debt than before because I couldn't pay the loans back because I was on maternity leave for a couple of months with no pay. I'm trying to rebuilt because my boyfriend and I are trying to buy a house but first I just want to get myself back on track. So if anyone could help me with my question, I would grately appericate it.

Hello! The only consolidation company that I have heard of that deals with PDL's is Town and Country...800-788-1141
But answer these questions for me...What state are you in? How much did you borrow/how much have you paid back? Who did you borrow from? and Are they storefront or Internet?

I'm in Texas and all of the companies are from the Internet. These are the loans that I currently have.

GFS: 250
CashNetUSA: 256.75
OneClickCask: 150
EcashNow:200
MTE: 250.00
JD Marketing:200
CMG Group:150.00
These (expect for CashNet) were the amounts I borrowed. They could be more due to late fees. Not only that but two of my bank accounts are seriously deliquent due to the loans.
I only paid the minimum to extend the loans. I thought I was going to be able to pay all the loans back in January, but due to high fees from my banks, I was not able to.

Ok here is what I Need now...How much has each company taken out of your bank account??? These loan companies have to work within your state law so if you tell me how much you have supposedly paid in rollovers we can determine what you legally owe if anything and then take the next course of action

Let me also recommend to you: CLOSE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT OR AT LEAST GET A NEW ONE THAT THESE COMPANIES HAVE NO ACCESS TOO...that way you can regain your control back.

Well one of my accounts is currently closed due to the deliquent balance, but the other one is open and I don't think I can close it because I have a deliquent balance. With GFS, I have paid off the loan, but when I called to check to see if everything went ok, the representative told me that the loan was not paid off and I was only paying for late fees. The total amount each company tried to take out were $830.00 and that were for late fees. I called the companies to explain the situation and to see if I could start making partial payments, but everyone wanted the full payment.

Texas State Information ,You will find the Payday loan laws (just select your state),

There are your laws. I guess I am not being clear enough to get the information needed to assist you. Please use the laws posted above to figure out how much you owe these companies legally and pay them only that amount...ROLLOVERS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN YOUR STATE SO ANY ROLLOVER FEE YOU HAVE PAID SHOULD BE APPLIED TO THE PRINCIPLE AMOUNT OF THE LOAN...Good luck
