United Legal Corporation

Do you know anything about United Legal Corporation?

Should I give a collection agency my checking account information so they can ACH a payment? Don't they have to send me a letter within 5 days from the time they contact me? If they send an email, does that count as a letter?

unicorn1969 - debt consolidation Care has partnership with most of the good debt consolidation companies operating all over the United States. I suggest you to grab some free counseling from the trained consultants working in this company.

I was contated by united legal and was told they would send my information to the local authorities if i did not pay the amount owed. I sent them a payment for 400 dollars and have not yet received any reciept as promised. Can then send my information to local authorities to process a criminal action against me?

United Legal does not practice legal collections. How did you send the money to the CA. You must have some proof to show the amount being paid to the company. I will suggest you to talk with an attorney and discuss the matter. You should get some legal advice while dealing with this CA.

Guest:Justme is an idiot.
The company she works for are crooks. She is a debt consolidator and she wants your business. And she is right.Talk with you attorney and give him his 500 dollar retainer and let the layer tell you that you have to pay your bill off one way or another. Dont get suckered people. If you didnt get a payday loan, dont worry. debt collectors are calling for a reason.

And for the people that are asking if they will get in trouble-You will not get prosecuted. The only one that can prosecute is the original company that you borrowed the money with. they can. The chances of that thogh are slim. (attorney cost money) So the company will put it on the credit report with the information that was givin at the time the loan was proccessed. That is the way it is.
good job
