OH and alllll my pdls but 2 refuse to give me a statement of account until I give them my new bank info. So much for trying to consilidate with T&C. Been a sucky week..

Has anyone ever heard of that office. They are calling me because one of the pay day places sent me to them because I owe them. I only owe $75.00. I borrowed $300.00 and they want to charge me 1,600 for late fees and interest. I refuse to pay that because that is ridicoulous! I live in Maryland first of all and it is not even legal in Maryland. So what could they do to me if I don't pay?

Let me just say the "bulldog" for this company is a horrible person. He keeps calling my work and threatening the people who answer the phone. Thank god I work with lovely people who consider me family. My office manager is calling them on monday and asking for the supervisor so she can tell them she's calling the cops if he calls there again. LAST night he called my brothers house and harrassed him, he leaves me insulting messages on my voicemail and is just generally ignorant. I can't WAIT to get them off my back, but I can only afford little payments to all the places right now, so no one is getting paid off immediately.

You need to tell him he is not allowed to call you at work or discuss your information with anyone else that answers the phone. I don't care what country he is from, if he is dealing with a citizen of the good ole USA then he must abide by our rules.
