Question about chap 7 bankruptcy and the creditors
Okay, I filed and my lawyer said we qualified to do a chap 7 bankruptcy. We've done the counsuling and are just waiting for the court meeting with our creditors.
The lawyer said our creditors could contest the bankruptcy and try to drive us into a chap 13 if they want, and if they think there's any possible way we could pay. (we can't) How often does that happen?
Our creditors are CapOne and WaMu(Providian)
Thanks in advance.
