Threatening my job

I have gotten a call from 813-322-3459 nad the jerks are threatening my job.. Can they do that?

Get the debt validated by the collector if they are doing a legit collection. Making threats is illegal as per the federal laws. Keep a note of all their phone calls with date and time and the person you spoke to. Check the laws of your state to confirm that recording the phone calls secretly is allowed, otherwise you need to have their consent before recording the conversation.
