Make sure you file complaints with your state's Attorney General's office against them since they are not licensed in your state and they are charging you roll over fees. My consolidation company called loanpoint and they said that they wo'nt work with them..I called them myself and they said my balance of $390 is now $480..are they serious..I however told them to send me a payment plan to pay in three payments..I will be paying them $390 and nothing more..To top it off they will only accept moneygram are they for real..

I got a call from a Mr. Harris there. He called my cell that is mounted in my truck. A friend borrowed my truck for the day and when it rang he attempted to turn down the volume as he was getting out of the car. He then heard some guy say....Oh you likeplaying gmaes?? This one is going to cost you! Lucky for me i have this recorded as all call get recorded on this on this phone as i get dispatched to EMS calls on this. I am guessing they will be really upset since i send a copy of the call to the AG and FTC.
