Payday Loan Company "Big Limited"

i have a number for them also 323 727 3605, i just saw a deduction on my bank account my wife apparently got sneaky and took out a loan with them.

I know the feeling. They call me 24/7 & they keep charging my account non-stop. I have written down the phone number & will have my husband call them, since he is the 1st name on the acct

I feel sorry for those out there who think they can get something for nothing or feel they should be able to get a loan and pay it back whenever they feel like it, that is just not the way it happens and for some people they will just have to learn the hard way.


What is unfortunate is that this company, like all the other PDL's, prey on peeps who have no where else to turn. Do you honestly think someone in their right mind would ASK for the problems you read about here?!

Here's my problem 'guest' and anyone other 'company' employees - you know you are offering illegal services; you prey on the weak; you try to bully & scare peeps into paying your outrageous fees; you threaten, harass & believe you are above the law. You're nothing more then internet extortionists. HEY! did I just describe internet PDL's or LOAN SHARKS? They're so similiar I cant tell the difference!

chell, AM Cash? I have never even heard of them. Was this done on-line? Or was it a verbal agreement via telephone? Do you remember? Have they been debiting your bank account? If so, can you look at your statements and see what name appears next to the debits or if there is a phone number or any kind of "hint" as to who they might be?

I got a loan from them, I called them 4 days prior to my payday and had them pay off my loan. Only the amount that was accurate was debited from my account. I will loan with them again if need be.

Jac, I am glad that you had a good experince with them, but please do not let yourself fall into the PDL trap.

I won't, their loan helped me out of a tight financial situation so now I am good. I won't take another loan from them unless I am in major need to.

Its good to hear that someone has had a positive experience with a PDL. Yours must be the exception.

I agree, it is good to hear someone had a positive experience..But I would advise against re-loaning. Those positive experiences are a very rare thing!

These positive experiences all to quickly turn into negative experiences.

I put in for one of those loans over a week ago and they said it would take 3-7 business days. I want to know where my money is. I have their number its 18772825450. i hate these companies that think they can push you around, a fast fix equals a fast headache.

angelzfiction - if there's another way to get your hands on cash - cancel the transaction. It certainly has been a more troubling experience for myself; dealing with the PDL instead of the bill I needed the $ for in the 1st place. Urg!

I am having HUGE issues with these guys now. We were unable to pay off the loan in full and made arrangements with the "company" to pay it off making payments from each paycheck. My last payment was last week and the whole thing is supposed to be paid off. Then I get this e-mail, saying they are taking more next payday. So I called and they insist that I wasn't actually paying them off, but was extending my loan. This was not the agreement we had reached over the phone. At least, not to my knowledge. The idiots are so f$%king hard to understand because they barely speak English and because that place is so loud - sounds like Grand Central Station. So I tried to work with my bank on stopping any future withdrawals from BIG, which they can try but it probably won't work because they need exact amounts and they told me these companies change it by a penny to avoid getting stopped. So the only way to guarantee that they don't take any more $$, is to close my bank account and open a new one. This includes a LONG list of stuff to do, change our direct deposits, etc.
What a bunch of lying con artists they are. Never, NEVER will I get another payday loan, especially online. What a stupid mistake! But I definitely learned my lesson!

when i went to my bank and put a block on the transactions, they put in 9,999,999 as the dollar amount so what ever dollar amount they put in it would go through.

PDL means Pretty Darn (hard) Lesson !
Please dont feel stupid; almost everyone on this forum fell victim to one or more of these pedatory lenders.

thickchic, the best way to get control is to prevent them from debiting your bank account. They have your information.

My husband and I never took out any type of loan and we come to find out that BIG accessed our bank account cause they told us they got my husband's information through a third party. We contacted our bank and told them that we do not know who these people are and we sure as hell don't owe them any money and we asked our bank to do something. Well nothing happened so my husband and I filed a complaint against BIG and our bank through the attorney general. Oh and let me say that when they called harassing us, they told me that I would not see my husband tonight because he will be in jail!!! Now that pissed me off for real but I guess they got something from the attorney general because they have stopped calling his job and our house. So whoever they are and how they got our info is still puzzling to me.

Good Lord, guest! I will tell you this. Your attorney general, I'm sure, sent them a nice little letter. But, do this for me. And it'll be doing really really good. File a complaint against this company with the FTC. Just go to the FTC site (ftc.gov) and file a complaint. Believe me, they are interested.

Don't!!!! Under any circumstances do business with this organization. This company obtained our information from some other business we were conducting on line. They offered us a $200.00 loan, and through misunderstanding, we accepted. As soon as we were told how much the interest would be, we told them not to deposit it into our account. They said we would have to call back when the funds hit our account because the transaction had already been processed. When the funds showed up in our account, we called them back and they refused to take the $200.00 back and said that we now owed the loan in full. Please be very careful! Do not trust anything they tell you!! We learned the hard way!!!!

They call me at my work with this number showing up- 442084922780. I guess it is an international number but if anyone wants to give it a try, because I can't do long-distance numbers

UKtrubleu, yes, this is them. Sometimes their actual UK phone number shows up on your caller ID rather than their toll free number. I have it written down also.

So, how much do you actually pay them back if you pay them right away, does anyone know? I was going to pay it by the 14th, but I don't know how much it is for sure.

UK, how much did you borrow? Principle amount only. That's all you owe them. They are unlicensed/illegal, so they can stick their fees. Whatever you borrowed is what you owe.

This company is a rip off, when it comes to loans. They do unauthorized debits..

I have been having issues with BIG limited as well. I was able to stop them from debiting my account, but they won't stop calling my job with collection calls. I tried to call them and tell them to remove my job number from the account but they wouldn't. It's becoming very frustrating because the other day I was off from work and they called 4 times in a row, to the point that one of my managers called me at home and told me to tell them to stop calling because she had told them and they ignored her. Does anyone know what I can do?

Has anyone gotten the message that the number is not in service or disconnected? I'm just trying to call them and I can't.

They call and call and call and call and call and call. The number they call from is 000-000-0000 for me. What seems to work temporarily is hitting the keypad on your phone when they call. I "lucked" out a bit because the job I had when I took the stupid loan, is no longer mine. I quit, but I am nearly positive they call over there still.

My debit card was charged $299.00 dollars and my statment says from " INTELLIFON"

Let me tell you I took a pay day loan from them for $200 and so far I have paid well over $600 and can not get a hold of them. I explained that I wanted to pay it with my credit card and they said no. so they just keep debiting my account it first started with debits of $80 and now it is down to $45 but this has been goign on for well over a year now and when I called and asked what my balance was they said it was still $200 plus the finance charge. get out and get out now. Unfortunately I have no number for them and i find it funny how they have not tried to even contact me I put a stop payment on BIG Ltd with my bank 4 weeks ago and I have heard nothing from them. I did that hoping they would contact me again. Sorry but get out and get out now.

same problem i have tryed to get my bank to stop paying them and they will not do it i have washingtion mutural bank and i live in vancouver washintion most of the time they never even answer the phones

You both may have to close your bank accounts. Please read the information on closing your accounts and if possible close them. This company is very illegal. Also, please file a complaint with your state attorney general and the Federal trade commission. They may be able to help you stop this nonsense and possible get a refund. Also report to the BBB. hello, well i still own a payday loan company the original amount since three months ago. but there was another one that did work and in one month half got out but i will not get another one they just take lots of money and you end up paying double or triple what u asked for.

They have a Reno Nevada adress with different numbers I obtained from BBB. I don't know if it's acurate though. I was going to mail a payment to them but the debited my closed account before I had a chance to. They are still calling me at work trying to get more money out of me. My bank has refused to reverse the charge and are saying they cannot stop these tracnsactions. I Bank at Bank of America . I am beginning to see they are big crooks too.

i should have read these blogs before i got the loan from big i read these after i got the loan so i imedilty cancelled my bank account and now i recive calls from this company daily starting at sometimes 7:00 am and ending at 9:00pm so i finalu got fed up with calling so i got one of the agents on the phone by the way who was very rude to me and treathing me to come to my work and things like that even telling me to shut up how would i get this to stop any tips?

We have all realized the hard way about these PDL's. It will be an up hill battle if you can not get your banking institution to cooperate. Here's a tip I received from my branch manager: approach your bank with the statement that you authorized the ACH and you want to cancel your authorization. Period. Apparently the very right that gives you permission to allow an ACH also gives you the right to cancel it. He referred me to the pamphlelet I was given when I opened my account - but who reads that?! I didnt. My bad.
As for the PDL's behavior on the telephone. These guys are crooks & illegal. You know it (now) and so do they. Your phone is for YOUR use not THEIRS. Hang up! You don't have to take the abuse. Make them identify themselves & then Hang up or press & hold the * key until they hang up.
