I'm just wondering how this company got my info about my student loans. This guy called and said he could consolidate my loans. I told him I wasn't interested b/c my loans are already consolidated. He said he got my info from some marketing place. Does anyone know of marketing places that will sale a person's info?

I believe these are just general mailers being sent out. Both my husband and I have received numerous offers and neither of us have student loans...in fact my hubby didnt even go to college.
They didn't get them from the company who consolidated your loan
They didn't get them from the company who consolidated your loans. They send out privacy statements every year. I get the same thing to consolidate my student loans.
