Ask for the info from your bank. They should be able to provide you their contact address, because they have all companies logged in their system who make the debits.

If they are doing ACH debits, then you should be able to get it from your bank.

I could never get ahold of anyone from this company and my bank account has been closed. It has been about a month and someone just called me and said that I had to pay over the phone or they would take legal action. I asked for something to be sent in writing, so I could resolve this and they said they cannot send me something until I pay it and then they would fax me something. So I told them no, not until they sent me something in the mail. Can they legally do this?

The 305-433-8368 number does work. I spoke to 2 people there and they are very rude. Also a man by name of Lewis Martin (Indian accent, possible not his real name) actually told me to close my account. The debit they keep taking is a finanace fee that does not apply to the principle. Get this, if I wanted to pay off the balance I have to go through a Western Union. Or give them my debit card number. HELL NO! And once they are done yelling at you, they hang up. They have over $1200 of my money but won't apply any of the "fee" to my balance. I will be going to the State Attorney in New Jersey for this.

The only phone number for power funding is 1-800-496-4209. The 305 and718 #'s are scam. Do not give them any money.
