i have 2 suggestion for this site and 1 question
> the subject title is a little out of place, you end up reading the message before you even look at the subject, fixing this might speed up the search for what your really looking for.

>and also from my understanding an avatar photo would be cool. a kind of way to show your personality. this might spark a boost in activity and feedback from new users and potential applicants.
i dont claim to be a genious(and judging by my suggestions, grammar and spelling never will.) but i just thought i would throw my LAST 2 cents in. lol
i like messing with the poll questions, so have at it!!!!!!!!!!!!
