Chizhy, thanks for your reply, yes I hd a PDL with InstantCashUSA and all of the sudden MTE is the one debiting the acct and I sent a PDL ltr to MTE asking for my refund of $995 and also complained to the Fla AG. but I wanted the phone/fax # just in case they don't reply I could fax them the pdl ltr.

Close your bank account immediately because MTE Financial will continue to make unauthorized debits as long as they have the access. Talk to your bank and request them to dispute the debits already done by MTE. If they are unable to provide proof, your bank will be able to revert the charges.

The news is everywhere that MTE Financial is ordered by the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit to Cease and Desist making loans. It will be a relief to see some refunds coming from the company. Keep filing your complaints with the legal authorities so that they fasten up their actions.

Fatb88 is absolutely correct! The more people that file complaints with the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit, the sooner they will be shut down for good. Everyone spread the word and keep filing those complaints!!!
