I would just like to inform anyone that is dealing with any of these companies, which are all affiliated, that I have a new address for sending a wage revocation letter.

A lady in my payroll dept that deals specifically with court-ordered garnishments and Ch 13 payments, called me today and left me a message on my cell, letting me know that she had received a phone call from someone wanting a payment sent to them asap. Once I listened to the message, I knew exactly what company this was. She knew all about the situation b/c I sent her my wage revocation letter a couple of months ago. She was just calling to let me know that a company was attempting a wage assignment.

Of course, we all know that Northway debit will attempt a wage assignment, but the payroll lady won't let it happen b/c of my wage revocation letter, but she didn't tell them that over the phone. She is just going to send them a copy of my letter along with why she can't honor it. Here is the info, Northway gave her for sending the payment:

Northway Financial
P.O. Box 1216 or 1276
Oak, PA 19456
Phone (866)349-5416
The person's name is Runor Joseph

I'm not sure if the P.O. Box was 1216 or 1276 b/c I was driving when she gave me this info and I can't read my writing, whether it is 1216 or 1276.
The payroll lady will be out of the office until Mon(Jan 29), so I will call her back then and get the correct P.O. Box # and then I will post it again.

This address is a mailbox. The phone number is a toll-free number based out of Vancouver, B.C. (Canada).

The parent company is E-Care Contact Centres. Their president is Kimberley Dethomas.

They are getting desperate because they are being investigated by Canadian authorities as well as American authorities.

Northway was booted out of Malta so they trying to find a way to operate within US and nothing is working.

Shut em down!!

I think this is a mail forwarding address actually. It's been over a year since I've dealt with Sonic but I have a thick file folder on them. I mainly talked with their collections department who claimed to be from the West Coast at the time. They told others on the forum different stories. This is the address they used when they offered me a new loan or something like that. My certified mail was received there. Anything you need help with?

Runor Joseph from the collections dept of E-Care Contact Centers dba Paydayavenue called the payroll dept of my job still wanting the money deducted from my paycheck for my defaulted ipdl. The payroll lady had told her no b/c I revoked it. Then she asked if a payment arrangement could be set up from my paycheck until the loan was paid off, and my payroll dept still said no and the only way it could be done would be through a court order. Runor told my payroll dept that they did receive a copy of the wage assignment revocation letter that my employer sent them. She then said she would get in contact with me for a payment arrangement. They left a message on my home phone, and believe it or not, when I returned the phone call, some man was kinda nice to me  I thought I might have dialed the wrong #. Long story short, he said he could give me until Feb 26 to have it paid in full. He did tell me that there is no need to keep calling my payroll dept b/c he was informed that they weren't going through with the wage assignment :D

I already told this man that by the payday lending laws in my state, which is OH, that I only owe $460. I had a $400 loan, and the laws of my state are $15 per $100 borrowed, so that would be $460. They will probably bug me when they see that is the amount they are getting. They actually want $621.
