Debt collector calling for a studet loan

I gave a Student loan debt collector my bank information. what should I do now! Help!!

collection agencies that contract with the Department of Education have the federal government looking over their shoulder, so they best conduct business by the book, or else! I used to collect defaulted student loans, every thing was secure and will always be secure, you don't have to be scared to death . I did this for six months and took my knowledge of good collections tactics and the fdcpa over here to the forums. If you have any questions about this topic, feel free to ask! I am an expert!

Yes the company is allied interstate. I work for a Law Firm and Allied called HR to garnish my wages. This made the law firm unhappy. I think I have it resolved but they have yet to send me anything in writing, even though I gave them my fax number.
I am still a little worried, But your point about it being a federal student loan it would not really behoove them to cheat and lie.

Thanks for the Reassurance Jedi Mistress Ari. I am now tryiong to craft a plan to get out of debt. Any good leads on second jobs?
