Ellis and Crosby


I had phone call from "Investigator Robut" today nd he said that I had to come up with $1635 by 4:45pm or they would put a warrant on and press charges for fraud and Habbitual(SP) he never would tell me where he was from he just said the warrant office in Duavll so I pulled the number up and it returned nothing so I called one of the loan payday companines and they gave me Ellis and Crosby's number as their collection agency, and when I tried to talk to him he gave me the same spill, and said that he would give me another 24 hours, so then I called the payday loan company back to see if I could just send payments to them and she said of I did that they would send them right back to me. But I have 3 loans and I got into a little trouble paying them back, but can they take me jail or is this really just scare tatics?

Read the other threads about this company. You cant be taken to jail.
