I was just debited $45.95 by Secret Cash Card, apparently in agreeing to an application online i also agreed to a Vurtual Secret Cash Card???????? They have no contact infor that could find, their website gives a number that is only Automated....

Anyway, i went to my bank and filled out an afidavit form to get my money back. Beware of these crooks, make sure you read fine printon everything clearly. I guess their way of stealing from people is including small clauses in contracts and one you agree to one thing they sign you up for the next. Hopefully the bank will get me my stuff back since i didnt sign anything allowing the debit.

If anyone knows how to contact these people by phone or has had experience with them, i'd like to hear from you.

It seems as though I have heard that card name on here very recently (or it was something similiar) and the person was complaining about the same issue. If you go to the top of your page where it says google search, you can use that card name and see if there are any postings on this site regarding it. Good luck!

What state are you in? Under the TILA act, most states require companies to disclose a written contract to the borrower. Keep the copy of the dispute done with your bank because this will help to back up your legal complaints. Report the company to your attorney general's office along with all copies of proof.

I live in Wash. DC, i didnt even authorize anything and aparrently so many others are dealing with being robbed by this company. They issue refunds BUT so many of us are left with overdraft fee's. I emailed them numerous time with no response as to if i would get a refund or not. So i filed an affadivt with my bank for a refund as well as a complaint to the BBB.

Looks like you have already done what you could possibly do at this time. Have you filed complaint with the AG also?

This is possibly a case of unauthorized debit without a contract in writing? Consult an attorney if you are looking forward to sue the company. If you win the case, the company has to compensate you for the cost of damages incurred.
