You definatly need to get this stopped or else they will just continue to debit the fee over and over. If they don't cooperate over the phone, you need to either block the debit with your bank or send the company a letter revoking authorization to make any further debits and show a copy to your bank.

Definitely get this stopped. Also, check here to see if they're legal in your state: www.paydayinfo.org. If they're not, demand a refund for the overpayment. Contact your attorney general's office and file a formal complaint against them.

These people are rip-off artists. I borrowed $300.00 and they charge me an additional $180.00 per month. I closed my bank account and opened a new one. I called to make arrangements to pay the $480.00 to end this madness. They told me If I didn't pay on the exact day, the loan was due in full within 24 hours.
The number I called to reach them is 800-757-8373.
