Anyone Know t his number-1-866-979-5100

On 1/8/07 I got a call from them. A rude woman said there was several Affidavits on me and that I was being "downloaded" in my county. What does that mean? I was told to have my lawyer call them back. I called back after I calmed down and they wouldnt give me the name of the company OR what this was concerning? Any advice? Thanks!

This number belongs to US NATIONAL BANK...

Thanks for the info. They wouldnt give me any info about what this was concerning. Are they a 3rd party collection agency? I'm trying to get the loans paid off but I am getting NO help from this company...Any advice?

No, they aren't a CA. They are the bank that does loans for IPDL

No, they aren't a CA. They are the bank that does loans for IPDL companies, one of them is Aarowhead Investments. I had a few problems with them and then they sent it to BASS..I'm not sure how US BANK reacts and not sure what to do with them??!!

Call the bank and tell that you want to pay off your debts. Thus, you need to see the latest statement before sending money. I guess, they are also calling you with the same purpose. There shouldn't be any problems.
