Some advice on Route66 Funding

Can anyone give me some advice on them? I took out a loan for 150.00 several months ago. I have been paying the 59.00 fee over and over. I am SURE I have paid more then the original amount. Everytime I call them I get a man that cant speak English. They are going to take out another 59.00 fee and I just dont have the money. They will NOT work with me and have threatened to call my employer. I did not recieve any paperwork. They did I guess record the conversation when they verified all my info. What should I do? Thanks

First you got to close your checking account to which Route 66 Funding has the access. If you don't stop them now, they will take out money forever. I guess, this company never gave you any contract in writing. When they won't get any money from your account, they will call and force you to send more money. Use your legal rights and tell that you have already paid more than the actual amount. If they don't stop and mark your account closed, you are going to file your complaints with your state AG and the BBB for not having a valid license and making money by unauthorized debits and adding illegal charges. There are so many people posting experiences about Route 66 Funding. Catch a look and do as suggested here.

After having to close my checking account because of Route 66 I am left owing them way more than the original $200.00 payday loan I got from them. I called today and spoke with a customer service rep. told them that I did not have an account for them to debit and that they would have to accept some other form of payment or not get paid. They are going to accept two payments from me through MoneyGram.
