Several months ago, I took out a loan with 10 Dollar (Rio Resources) and paid it off in good standing. I applied for another about a month later and they turned me down. Maybe they're starting to get cautious.

Maybe they are getting ready to run again!

i have a loan with ameriloan, which i heard was mte alais how do i get the resources to help me how do i get in touch with and what to say when i talk to them i am glad to see someone in progress also i have gotten calls from most of the payday loan they are threading me what to do now, i have amerilaon, natioanl oppurtunity, timberhill have any one heard of them, i have roth adventure, cash advancenetwork, premier processing, payday select,cashnet usa,cash transfers centers,ics, the sister to then i for got them,fsm, problem had a few more these are the ones i can think of. any one dealt with any or all of these people,oh yea bye ashley you were a big help i got control of my money again, they are still tring to get someof it so now i am tring to get rid , pif or something from these companies, ashley hope you see this one last time i need your input on these companies, i want this over once and for all thanking you in advance just need you input, i want to get this nighmire over once and for all. again who is legal if the state of ill , they all did roll overs exect two, cashtransfer centersand cash net usa, so instrute me on what to do with the rest of them, i need to know what are they can legally do to me or my money, what can they do to my credit reports etc. help i need to know this asap is that possible, waiting for a response i will then call them and dok what you tell me to say to them, i dont know how to get in touch with some of the companies but some has began to call me and threating me who can go all the way and which onnnnnnnnnnne cannot? i need to know this soon!!!

CashnetUSA does have a license to do business in the state of Illinois and payday loan lending is legal there. The others that you have mentioned are not licensed to do business.

Did you send your wage assignment revocation letter to Cash Transfer Centers and give one to your employer, b/c they will attempt this?

yes i did what should i do about cash transfer are they not legal should i still pay them or what should i do with the rest pay check now and paycheck today they have me owing 80 dollars and 130 dollars

A couple of years ago my wife got in trouble with pay day loans. One of the companies was Rio based Ten Dollar Payday Loan. They have repeatedly tried to collect through various collection agencies despite the fact that my wife was debited for over 5 times the original loan. They claim she still owes 95.00. I have repeatedly sent registered letters to both them and the collections agencies explaining the issues and the law in SC which they have greviously disregarded. Now this ding is showing up on her credit report???? It shows that the company can not find the debtor!!!! Well they sure found her and so did all the collection agencies that received RRR letters in return. Anyone out there with the legal expertise to tell me how to go and get them????
