I was reading concerns from people dealing with the named group above and I am also experiencing the same problems has anyone received legal advice as to what is next?

Troy Niccoll and FBI are doing a wonderful work, I belive that all the information that we have all helped them complie will lead to a conviction of the Stantons. I am NOT trying to win over converts to Charland, but we have lost a lot of money and I hope that there is some way to not only convict the Stanton's - but also recover some of our money. I know that Charland or someone like Charland is not for everyone, like I said before, we are just considering our options and sharing information on this posting. My sincerest wish is that everyone that has been hurt by the Stanton's be awarded some compensation, by conviction or monetarily.

Exactly! Mommontoya is right... if there is any money to be had the FBI will get this for us. I would not go throw money after lost money. That's just my opinion as I know for a fact this is the case already for some people.

We have had the same experience. They collected thousands of dollars, never paid a creditor a dime, and we can't get them to return phone calls, emails, or letters - even from our attorney.

We managed to pay off our own bills, but we want our money back. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Use this link to see $70,000 settlement:
go to the above link and
double click on civil cases, then case history, and type in miracle management for company name.

and it was settled within the court system. Hope this helps!

Guess they have been fighting it all this time. I know they were trying to get others to join them to make it a class action but no one wanted to pay the lawyer. I don't think Charland was asking for much, just a bit to cover expenses. Oh well, good for them.

Hi all
Has anyone done a 1099 for the balance that MMG/RMP took from you? I am thinking about doing one this year. I would like to know any information on how to do it, whom to issue it to and if you can include the start up fees. I cannot find a copy of my original contract with them. Please PM me if you can help.
Also can I list for this year?

momontoya, I would suggest getting professional tax advice on the 1099 issue. No offense to anyone, but I don't think the participants in this forum are your best choice for counsel.

IMO, like me, the score-keeper above is has likely realized that too much time has past (statue of limitations), too much work and expense to get a conviction that would likely not result in any jail time anyway. Tough case to prove... criminal behavior vs bad management. Unless someone can show the Stanton's have a hidden stash of cash it might be best to just move on. With that being said, keep a Google eye on their names in the event they start another adventure!

Guest
I properly will get a Tax Attorney to help me with this as I am expecting a large 1099 issued to me for an account that MMR did not settle for me. And by not settling when they should of, it accrued several thousands in interest.

I think your wrong. The participants in this forum and I have learned a great deal from a very painful experience. We found each other on this thread and came together to support each other. Sure we made mistakes?????????????????????..but I take away a lot of knowledge that has helped me manage my own debts. We learn from those that have gone before us.

I know a lot of you saw the 5 Investigates video but one slipped by me - just saw it. In it, the Supt. of Financial Institutions in AZ claims the Stantons have paid everyone back. The link to this video - cannot post it - go to the khpo.com website and enter as a search "Hyla Stanton", the first hit in the search is a file number 9492023. View this one.

Since I HAVE NOT been paid back, I wrote to tell her - it is totally unprofessional for someone in her position to make such a claim.

Anyone else want to write her how much you are owed?

Felecia A. Rotellini, Superintendent
State of Arizona
Department of Financial Institutions
2910 N. 44th Street, Suite 310
Phoenix, AZ 85018

Won't get me paid back - but helps with the blood pressure.

To Whom it May Concern:
Are you kidding me about the Stanton's??? They are manipulative thieves who thrive upon other people's money. They are being investigated by the FBI in TX, so please duly note. They are far from the innocent victims they portray themselves to be.

I am very very very disappointed with the job the FBI has done up to now. I sent everything I had to bust these thieves and nothing has been done. I can't believe they have stolen so much of our hard earned money and nothing has come of it with all the evidence we've sent in. I am EXTREMELY aggravated and upset with our uncaring government agencies who let these con artists get away with scams like this.

Is it still possible to file a 1099 for the money that I paid to Miracle Management/AKA the Stantons? If so can someone send me the information?

I am seeking further information, i.e, progress in the case against the Stantons and the now defunct Risk Management Partners, Ltd. a.k.a. Miracle Management. Is there anything happening out there?

I have recently located 4 possible addresses for Hyla Stanton. I have sent her a copy of this letter. Since it is against the rules to send addresses, I will just record the body of the letter.

Dear Ms. Stanton:

I have written you in the past trying to collect the ________ you failed to return to me when you shut down Risk Management Partners, Ltd. This is once again an attempt to collect those funds. The total amount owed to me at this time including fees, interest 17% per annum, research fees, postage and late fees is ___________. I expect payment for these funds within 30 days.

There can be no justification for what you and your associates have done to me and to all other customers you serviced. It was wrong not to refund all parties. The money was not yours to spend. It was sent for the purpose of reducing our debt. I don????????t know how you sleep at nights because I lose sleep every night over this and have for the last two years.

Sincerely,
I have also located an e-mail address for her and sent her a copy of the letter as well.

Won't do any good, more than likely, but a least it feels like I doing something.

I am trying to sign in but my password will not work. Requested reset and haven't heard back. Would love to share some information such as addresses but do not want to violate any rules. Please note most of us do follow rules.

Everyone who has concerns should call this Agent... I spoke with him about 2 months ago.

The Dallas FBI is still investigating them. You should get ahold of them and see who is on the case now.
