I have to go back several pages to be logged in. KristieC thanks for working on the list and to everyone else who helped or sent in info. I had gotton disheartened after the TV station aired the story in Cincinnati. I was hopping for new leads. I sent complete copies of my original contract to Arizona,Nevada,Texas,and the Fereral Trade Commision. I have recieved letters fron the Attorney Generals saying they have forwarded my complaint to the FTC. I have four letters from the FTC saying they cant help one person recover loses and some pamptlets about choosing the correct credit counseling company.I was so mad. Like they don't know by now how many people have been ripped off. If anyone could email me the SS numbers of the two thieves that has robbed us all. I have never recieved a PM message. choerlein(at)cini(dot)rr(dot)com. I want to fill out the IRS form. I have my bank trying to find out the bank and account # that my payments to RMP went to. I have three different Attorneys that are going to court for judgements. I'm up a creek without a paddle. I check most every day and print out most every page. I wounder if the FTC is not able or just not willing to check out this site.

Don't wait on the the FTC or other gov't enforcement. File a lawsuit agains the Stanton's before any statute of limitations runs out. Be sure to go after their other businesses; your money funded them. Time is on the Stanton's side.

This is madmom i also have trouble getting my pm's and logging in. When i log in it has me up there but when i go to the latest page to read the updates it shows 45,728 members and growing again so i have to re-log in a couple of times to get to where i can see if i have any mrssages.

now i am on here... crazy huh?

There are major glitches with this pm thing... some people can't even get pm's, some say they can't pm me while others can, sometimes on the side panel it just says 'Logout [kristiec.]' but then I am unable to go back into my in-box because there is no option for going to my inbox. If I click logout and try to log back in, it remembers me and I still don't get an option to go to my inbox. There should be an option once you log in that says 'inbox' (maybe under the line that says logout) so that we can always access to our inbox. There should be some kind of icon or roll-over for our inbox on every page so it is easliy accessible. Thanks for your attention to this matter as we do seem to be struggling with this pm thing. I can't speak for everyone on this forum, because as you know that is alot of people and I don't know what problems they may be experiencing but someone just posted on the page before that they can't even see the pm anymore so I know I am not the only one having problems. Thanks for your help on this.

Congratulation to the Young's, persistence is the key and don't give up.

Wow persistant did work for the Young's. Look at what they owe everyone on here just a little chunk of what they apparently owe a lot out there that we don't even know about on this forum.We all need to keep up the pushing with this. No wonder they don't respond to any emails or calls, but you can always be found when you do wrong it may take a while but it comes back to you. Kristie, thanks for all your hard work, and also Mike we all appreciate you checking into the problem with logging in and using the pm box.

I have gotten an email from one to be put on the list because even though they took them to court and won, the Stantons still have not paid them. They said 'The Stantons know all kinds of tricks'. The only way to stop them is to have them in jail!

I seem to have trouble with the PM option sometimes. But I figured out that when I sign in to read the messages in my inbox, i have to re-sign in after looking at the last page on the forum. I just noticed tonight that there was no PM option available until I looked at a few pages. But it works eventually! Congrats to the Youngs!! Mr. Young, Please email the updates on you receiving the money! I want to speak with Mr. Charland again!!

Kristiec, why don't you contact the attorney Charland in Phoenix with what you have, he may take it on a flyer without any upfront money since he did the work for the Youngs already and won. It may be an easy civil suit to win and its one more nail in that preverbial coffin.

Who are they? How did the Stanton owe them this kind of money? It's about $200 grand?

seem to me like we've already lost all our money and chances of recovering it gets slimmer and slimmer.
