Help with refunding unauthorized debits
I just found that 2 deductions were taken from my account, but I never took out a loan from USFASTcash. What do I do? I cannot find a phone number for them.

Contact the bank manager and explain them that the deduction done by the loan company was never authorized by you. They should be able to dispute it and help in getting your money back.

Taking money out of acct unauthorized
USFASTCASH owes me $265.00 for unauthorized using my checking acct for a loan paid off yet they still debit your acct as to the amount whatever they want. Turned into BBB plus bringing a law suit.
