Marcia bradys lovechile langehorne law dennis williams

Hello out there. For anyone that is considering doing business STOP!!!!! Langehorne does have ties with Ambassador and Nationwide Cash. I did not personally deal with these companies. Several consumers did however in my state. The responses that are coming in to AG office is from Langehorne. Do not deal with these people. Its dangerous. Dont get taken twice. Please research . KYSIDE38

I know that ALOT of digging and research has gone into this, and a few have taken heat for their opinions, and attempt to warn others and were met with accusations of slander. BUT, there are many here who don't just post to post, it is only done with careful thought and researching into the facts. As in this case. I'm sure more will soon follow.

The proof will be available. The court date is set for February. Nationwide has to respond one way or another. KYSIDE38

These were replies sent on behalf of consumers in this state. Mr. Williams is listed as Legal Counsel for them.

The big conspiracy is this man is legal counsel. He will be representing them. How can he represent them and consumers also?

Polly , The court date is set in February. I cannot provide court documents because I dont have them. I was never a client of Nationwide. I can only say I have full confidence in my state. They have shut down 18 and 14 more are being sued including NATIONWIDE. I dont think they have their information wrong. The truth will definately come out.

Can't you ask someone for a copy of the court filed papers? Has someone told you that Dennis Williams will be standing next to whomever in the court room that day?
Can you be just a little more elaborate please?

You just can't throw out a stop beware scam, and not offer anything up other than inuendos and faith in your state.

I just find it strikingly odd that you can call Langhorne debt solutions at 866-529-0217, at the main menu press 112, and you will get who? Low and behold Lynne Kennard, one of our favorite collectors from Nationwide.

When you get her voicemail, then press *8 to transfer, press *2 to search by name, press 2# to start with "A", then press # to play list. It will recite a list of all Nationwide's collectors, starting with "Albert from Nationwide Cash Recovery Department." All this through Langhorne's phone #.

A few weeks ago, you could call Dennis' direct line at 267-569-7004, then press *0 and it would transfer you to a Nationwide Application Department. He has "fixed" this but you can still transfer out to other extensions. Try x133 is Ms. Carrington from Nationwide. x102 is David Frascella.

Why cant I give a stop beware Polly? If someone suspects a scam they then should be careful. At the end of my post I told people to research. I think everyone should research. I just cant see how he can represent clients to settle? Then also be legal counsel for the companies. That just dont seem right. Like I said the truth will come out. KYSIDE38

I am a client of langhorne law/langhorne debt solutions and I have been very happy with the results so far. I really don't care if Mr. Williams has ties with the pdl companies or with the Devil himself quite frankly. As far as I'm concerned, it's the results that count and I have had great results! No more collection calls, e-mails............... nothing! Occasionally, I will get a system generated bulk e-mail from a pdl and that's about it. Mr. Williams and his staff are activley negotiating on my behalf and they can prove it! They are not just blowing smoke. They do not have control of my savings........... I do. if I don't like a settlement offer, I don't pay it. it's not like I have to pay Langhorne and trust them to pay the debt. it doesn't work that way. I am contacted prior to a settlement agreement being made and if I'm comfortable with it, I'll pay it directly to the creditor.
Again, results speak for themselves. I was drowning in a nightmare and now I have hope. If it means I may be holding hands with the devil (although I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT IS THE CASE) so be it. At least I can sleep at night now. Is there anyone else out there that have had good (or bad ) results with langhorne? I'd love to hear your stories.

I too have had excellent results so far. They have aggresively negotiated 6 PIF settlements and 3 refunds for me to date that. The refunds were more than his fee, so the way I see it, I'm not out a dime. I am in total control of my money and given 100% decision making authority on all settlements. Not even the dreaded Sonic call anymore. I have been reluctant to speak up because I have been viciously attacked on other threads for saying anything positive about Langhorne. I will just sit quietly, collect refund checks and let others play internet detective.

Cbigfan, I dont claim to be an internet detective or any type of detective. I posted something that I wanted people to see. I have a right to post my opinion. As well as everyone else. I know that justice will prevail. It usually does in the end. People can lie cheat play with the devil whatever but eventually you get burned. KYSIDE38

Okay, First Hi all, Long time no talk. Now down to brass tacks. After reading some of these threads I did a little research.. here what I find

Yes Dennis Williams Langhorne law is listed as the registered agent for Nationwide. As polly says it can take some time for this to change, in fact it take take more than a year...

Secondly, there may be evidence that Williams represents nationwide in some cases still and if he does that is something that anyone considering doing business with them should know before hand.

Lets keep this in mind.. Mr. Williams is an attorney, and from a little legal research I did, a very good one... he may be working both sides of the fence so some extent, but if he represents each of his clients in good faith, then that is not necessarily a problem.

KySide, Thank you for sharing the info you found. Polly you too have good sound things to say.

To anyone considering working with Mr. Williams for PDL Debt, I would recommend that you ask him to disclose any relationship he has/had with any pdl so that you can feel comfortable that if you select himto work on your behalf, that his interest is not conflicted.

Happy Christmas Everyone
