I too am a victim of MMG's scam. I will say they did settle a couple of accounts but they still owe us some money also. Has anyone tried contacting Hyla's attorney. I see there is an email for an attorney. Just wondered what his response is.

when you file 1099, do you have to prove to IRS anything, why you file against the individual or company?

yes, you have to prove something, did you pay them money to do a service? Did they do the service? If you paid them an income for doing a service then its reportable and your monthly statements should show it. If they didnt pay off your accounts as agreed then you can show the entire amounts as income to them if they have not returned your trust acount funds, if they paid off some then the difference is still income to them

The Stantons have a court date for their lawsuit against a client of MMG on 8/14/06 in Maricopa County Superior Court. Whether they will show or not is a different story.

Wow did anyone read the judgement against chris for not paying child support and his x? She was awarded $96,457.03 for the children and $5,000.00 to her, also he was ordered to continue paying $10,000.00 a month until it is paid and the child support is $1500.00 a month. He also was ordered to pay court cost, no wonder none of us got any of our bills taken care of , i wouldn't know what to do with $10.000.00 a month. I do not feel sorry for them at alll,,,,,,,,,,

I've been with MMGFinance/RMP for three years and was supposedly a few months from being "out of debt." Suddenly, my account vanished (luckily I had saved my copy from April 2006, the debits from my checking account ceased, the phone numbers I had for Customer Service were not working, nor the fax, my e-mails were either being returned un-sent or not answered. These people have enough of my money to pay off my accounts, but I don't know what to do about finding them or taking legal action. I've filed a complaint with the FTC. What should I do next? My husband is ill and unable to advise me...he is no longer able to work and I need these bill paid. Don't think I've ever felt so helpless!

Wanda, if you were paying until April of this year, send all documentation to the Arizona Banking Commission, you can find it on the web and you can find the names and sites if you read back. This is what people have been looking for, a person who was still paying after the comission told them to stop. talk to madmom, she can help you get started and give you the emails of others who are putting a suit together

I was in the grocery store at Deer valley Road the other day and, from the pictures that have been posted, it sure looked like Hyla was there picking up some groceries. I wonder if they live in the gated community near there? I can't think of the name....

Everybody thinks the Stantons moved. They are still at Calle De Arcos in Tempe. They business Chris used your money to start is on Deer Valley Road and Central. To get there you get off on Cave Creek from the 101 freeway. They were not moving as stated in a previous post. They sold their house and are renting from the buyer so to avoid having a house as an asset. They are not running from anybody. They fully believe that the people they owe money too won't do anything.

Guest or Chris, better pull up your mapquest map, you can't get from the 101 to the cave creek exit they run parallel, to get to their office you go off I17 to deer valley or off the 101 and central. And if you know that much go by Calle de Arcos, the house is empty - they were moving the day the tv reporter showed up that was a bed in the trailer behind the g wagon I know, I tried to have them served the next Monday I do agree that they feel no one will do anything that is why Skipper' idea to do 1099's if a brilliant one. I spoke with my CPA and as long as you have documentation you have them. They both are going to jail for tax fraud and its not a local pokey, its a Federal offense

The 101 runs east to west where cave creek road is. Cave Creek runs north to south. You can exit off on Cave Creek from the 101. Sounds like your mapquest is wrong partner. If you want to believe the stantons have moved go ahead.

LOL. $25,000 says you can exit onto Cave Creek from the 101.

Enough with the geography lessons guys. Few people on this forum really care about that. I can say from VERY RELIABLE sources that Chris and Hyla have moved. Anyone who says otherwise has to be in the Stanton's camp.

Skipper,You are right, Hyla and Chris would love for everyone here to start fighting among each other so let's just try to keep helping each other get the money back that is owed and stop these people from taking any more innocent people's money like we went through.Don't give them anything to think they are winning in any way just stay focused on the issue of getting these people.I know when you mess with peoples money they get very angry but we have to do it right so they won't be sitting back laughing at all of us fighting with each other when they are the ones we need to prosecute.Hang in there everyone, I know it is a hard thing to do but in the end they will pay one way or the other. Why CBS? KPHO is Phoenix is a CBS station that did the story about Hyla ripping everyone off.

If you have been ripped off by MMG, call CBS and their news program "48 Hours" and tell them about the KPHO story. Tell them your story. Tell them about the forums here.

We all need to fill out the 1099 forms with the IRS and contact any CBS shows to listen to all of us and our stories. Richard Hatch from Survivor just got 51 months for tax evasion. I wonder what Hyla and Chris will get? Hopefully 10 years if we all stick together and make that happen.

Since Chris and Hyla benefitted from draws on your trust accounts, use his Social Security Number, as that is the primary on their tax returns as yours also probably if you are married. I believe several people now have it and may be willing to pm it to you, his address, you can use the old address at calle de arcos as that is the last address the feds have too. The form is self explanitory send a copy to the calle de arcos address and to the feds/

I filled out my 1099 today as well. again stick together. it is the only way to accomplish anything. we may never see our money but at least the stantons will be punished

I am not sure I can file one of these forms because they only owe me their so-called 'non-refundable' fees of $699.... even though I feel this is rightfully mine since they breached their contract and cost me thousands of additional debt. Does anyone know if I can do this legally?

I was wondering about that also kristiec, They only owe me $699 in fee's too. Which,Hyla had promised to refund to me. They put me $5,400 over in debt and is also what led me to file bankruptcy!!

They are nothing but thieves and liars. Yes, Akell, we all need to submit complaints again on the 10th. I will also submit a formal complaint to the IRS, as I have not complained to them yet.

Also, in case this site does go down, let's all meet up on Rip-off report.com. They certainly can't shut all the sites down and we need to stay united to make sure we shut the Stantons down. BTW, how did you know they are trying to get leagl action on this site?

Don't understand what the problem is and why they feel that the site should go down, they accepted the money in good faith, you paid your money in good faith, they misused theri fiduciary responsibility misappropriated the funds and cleaned out the trust accounts and are wagging their tounges at you trying to get what is rightfully yours. None of you on the site are here for fun, you are trying to get your money back, if they pay you what is yours you will stop this nonsense and all can move on with your life. So Chris, Hyla, pay up, the company collected it and you took draws or payroll from the company. You directly benefitted and all the people are trying to get theirs back.

Mfk. I know the feeling i went through bankrupcy over mmg also and it isn't very funny to go sit in front of a judge and him ask how you got yourself in the mess you are in and loose your good credit and all, yes i went through it too.

This is my first post here. Allow me to say something if I must. Why do you people think that this site will go down? On one side, there is this MMG who has loads of complaints online everywhere and with the govt. They are in focus for many legal violations. On the other side, this forum is building up the community and offering you the platform where you can meet and discuss about such situations. Solutions will appear only when we all stay together.

I feel that MMG is not happy with all of you gathering here and raising your voice. They are doing something wrong and that is the reason they are attacking from the back. If there is something valid, they should come and identify themselves with all their reasons. But they don't! It might be the reason to threaten this site with legal things so that the unity build by you all can be broken. Don't have this fear that this site will go down. It will never happen as I can assume at this point. Stay where you are and put your fight even stronger. MMG must improve their lines of business.
