Next week i wont have the money to pay

I live in SC and i have 4 payday loans out that i have been paying on for over a year and i have never been late. But next week i wont have the money to pay and i know the company wont extend the due date. What should i do. I cant keep paying out 360.00 every two weeks. Thanks

Tell them you know your state laws and rollovers are not permitted. Also they can not pursue criminal charges on this matter. According to your state laws. KYSIDE38

Like when you go into the store and give them another check and just pay interest. KYSIDE38

According to you state laws no criminal action can be taken. Just to be sure contact the Attorney Generals office explain what is going on. Who know your state laws better than them? KYSIDE38

Bossy is exactly right. I will tell you how they get by with this. They have a bank that backs them. The reason I know is we had First American Cash Advance here in WV. They were backed by a bank in SD. The Attorney General and FDIC closed them down. KYSIDE38
