Miracle Management Group: How reliable are they?

I paid my money to this company and then it change there name to risk management partners, LTD. Now I can not get ahold of anyone. I have 6000 or better in the account. Help

I called and left a message for Jay and Carol called me back and asked some basic questions and said that Jay would try and call me back within the next 24hrs but since the posting of this they said that they have been overwhelmed with calls so it might be a day or so. So depending on when you called just be patient they will get to calling you back and talking to you. I just hope we can all get in on this together.

same with Mavric, I just got a call from Goodman's office, asked basic questions, and yes they are very surprised about athe amoutn of people that are calling. Mr. Goodman is looking inot class action law suit for all of us. GOD, I hope he can all help us and end this nightmare.

I also got the call back from Jay Goodman's office. They have been slamed with calls. This is the first sign of even some hope. I can wait. It sounds like it will take time just for him to collect the basic informatiion they need witch was mostly verifing my contact information. And a Promice to call back when he could.

I have also been working with this company for 3 years. They have changed phone numbers, and are now in Nevada somewhere. I have given them over 4000.00 and not one bill has been paid. Their website is gone, they sent me an email and the new email addy doesn't work either.

I hope this is the LIGHT at the end of the tunnel. Table seem to be turning now.

I just emailed Jay Goodman, I will call this morning, hopfully this will help all of us.

I was able to speak with Linda Sutherland at Mr. Goodman's office, she returned my call after I had left a message. She said their office had been receiving a lot of calls be they will respond back to all of them. So Hyla since you read this forum hope you know someone is finally going to help us.

I too just called the attorney and left a message for him to call me back so I can share my story. Let's all keep our fingers crossed.

I keep getting that too. But then it comes back saying it failed. I think they realize they are up the stream without a paddle. Well, she called me and left a message for me to call her back.. I did and left her a message and now she has not returned my call. What else is new, right?

I to had been with RMP for 3 years and all the sudden lost contact. To my night mare this has been the only place I have been able to find any info. Read the past posts. There are many people here who are going through the same thing. Many trying to get answers. There is power in numbers. Sign up. Read up. Share information. After speaking with their ever protective attorney, Mike Gerity this afternoon, I asked him why is it so difficult to get a refund when our money was supposed to be in a settlement account? He said, they don't have the money, which to me is a complete F-up on his part.

Also, a direct quote in an email from the ever protective attorney is:

If you look back on some pages you will see her comments. smperfi, you should sign up on this forum so we can pm you. try and contact the phone for the attorney we are trying to have help all of us at (505)989-8117. That is alot of money you have paid them. Also file a complaint with the ftc. I also suggest you read this entire forum so you can see what we've all been through and have done to try and get our money back.

ng here in Wyoming they have over 4000.00 of my money. They did really well for about two years then went to h**l in a hand basket.

I have talked with 2 different Attorneys over the last few days. Not Mr Goodman in NM. They both me to Start filing complaints with each States ATTORNEY GENERAL. TEXAS, NEVADA,ARIZONA. If there are any pending suits, or new siuts that come up,or the more complaints recieved the more chance they they are to get involved. Most of them at least have forms you can download and fill out to mail in, if they don't have a form you can fill out on their website.

Hello everyone- I am k12techman's wife, of post page 123. I just wanted to take a few minutes and try to get a handle on everything- to make sure I get it right and to help all the newbees who are just realizing what is going on, because only a couple of weeks ago we were newbees.

So basically, RMP/MMG is gone.
They have quit withdrawing money out of accounts as of May 23, as I talked to the third party who was taking the money out for them. I would recommend that anyone who has had money taken out in the last two months to talk to their bank about getting the last payments back.
Now, we are lucky to have some people in the areas that the Stantons are in, so we are getting new numbers and info. Thank you. We absolutely need to band together to conquer this and get our lives back. Please do research, scan headlines and keep us posted.
It looks like the Att mentioned is a good idea to do a CA suit, I have a call and an email in to him. Is there anyone else from Kansas or KCMO area- I do have a friend at the TV there and can try to get the Investigative reporters to do a story, if we have enough willing people to be on camera & tell their stories. I would personally recommend that every victim contact the FTC, the BBB, the Attorney General's in your state AND their states. Write letters to anyone with authority. Getting the word out will help other victims realize what happened, and hopefully help us all get closure on this rough continuation of our lives. We all thought we had a solution to our debt and problems it causes.
This is hard to face and very time consuming. We have been robbed of money, time and emotional wellbeing. Many of us will have credit damaged so bad that we have no future hope of getting our own house or car and meanwhile how do we take care of our families? We are not just suffering the moment, we are suffering the 7 or 10 years of bad credit reports, and that is if we can fix them now.
Ms. Stanton, if you are reading this, please do the right thing. We will not disappear, we will be the squeaky wheels, until we get our money back.

I got a call back late yesterday afternoon from the attorney's office. They took my info and I let them know about how nasty she was to me in emails and how she recently called me to offer me money and now is not even calling me back. They are very interested and said that they will let us know what they are putting together once they have everyone's info. Everyone needs to call that attorney to take part in this class action law suit.... the number is listed in an earlier post. I am also going to try and contact those who received most of their money back but not all but are not posting stuff anymore. The more we have, the better chance she is going down.

I contacted a couple of others who used to post but don't anymore since they got 'most' of their funds back. I had their email addresses and I alerted them to this news of the attorney. They are definitely interested and will also be calling and telling their story. I want to get as many involved as I can. She has screwed with the wrong people, especially me. Yes, I got most of my money back but not all and justice needs to be served. I care most to see that she gets what's coming to her which is why I stay active on this forum despite my resolution of debt.

Yes hold onto all that you have with company and make sure you file your complaints with the ftc, bbb, your attorney general office, arizona attorney general office, your senators, everyone that you can think of to file and keep any response that you get from hyla, mmg or anyone that you file a complaint with.
