US Fast Cash

Has anyone had any dealings with USFast Cash? I have overpaid, but they keep telling me they do not have to follow the laws of my state? Any AKA's for them to check if they are licensed in my state? Tennessee

Any loan company has to follow the laws in the borrower's state. Go here to check this company in the licensee database of TN

California Department of Corporations (DOC) has banned four internet lenders, including USFastCash from doing business in the state.

Does US Fast Cash go by any other name or connection to another company? Also is there a form letter to file with Attorney General in your state or do you just write your complaint?
thanks

Most Attorney General's offices have websites with Complaint forms that you can print out and send in. Or you can call the hotline and someone will take the complaint over the phone. (615)741-1671 This is the # to the conosmer protection division in Tennesse. I am sure they will be able to assist you

This is email I received. I have overpaid them over $400. How should I respond? Are they threatening if I file a complaint they will too??????

Quote:

This department has received the recent communication regarding the above account. The terms and conditions are available from the website at the time of application, and there is a 48 hour window in which to cancel the agreement without incurring any fee. In addition before each debit an account summary is provided to you, which also summarizes the terms once more, and all the options for repayment. To avoid additional fees, the account summary needed to be sent back with your signature signifying the account was to be paid in full on the first due date, or soon thereafter. Since you are a repeat customer, we believe you are well aware of these terms.

Because you have not met the deposit amount, and since there is no mention of a specific problem in the handling of your account, it will continue as agreed upon per the contract. If you lodge a formal complaint, it will be answered in this same manner, and a copy of your signed contract will be provided with your electronic signature.

If there is a specific issue, which we can address for you, please let us know, then we will look at your account at that time.

Yes they rip off. I can never get paydown letters from them. They say they faxed them or emailed them and I get nothing. This causes extra fees to be paid because your paydown never gets to them on time. I can't even find an address for them. I wish I knew where they are located. I even try to get the people on the phones to let me talk to a supervisor and they hang up on you. The better business bureau will be hearing from me soon - if I can find an address.

USFastCash is located at the same address as United Cash Loans, & AmeriLoan. A subsequent BBB investigation determined that this address is the address for offices of the Miami Nation Indian Tribe. During its investigation of these companies, BBB employees visited the location as well as sent a certified letter to the Chief of the Tribe asking for further information regarding these companies. Employees of the Miami Nation Indian Tribe neither confirmed nor denied knowledge of the loan companies, and informed BBB staff that they would have to speak to the Miami Nation Indian Tribe's Leadership concerning the matter. BBB has not received a response from the Chief concerning this matter. At the present time, BBB does not know if these companies are operated by the Tribe, by employees or other people using the Tribe's addresses, or is a joint venture between the Tribe and a for-profit company.

The complaints against this company and others located at the same address generally allege the inability to pay off the requested loan, charges to the consumer's checking or credit card account despite never receiving the requested loan, or continued unauthorized charges to the consumer's credit card or checking account once the loan has been paid off.

BBB has determined that this company is not licensed in the state of Oklahoma to provide loans to consumers and does not appeare to be licensed in any of the states from which consumers have filed complaints with BBB. However, if the Miami Indian Tribe actually operates this business, it may not be subject to state laws regulating this industry.

BBB encourages all consumers seeking loans of any kind to research all of their options before providing any private financial information or signing any loan papers. Consumers should check with BBB on the company's grade, their complaint volume, and whether or not the company is licensed or regulated to provide the type of loan services the customer is seeking.
