Just a note for any of you who are receiving refund checks. DO NOT DEPOSIT THEM into your accounts.
Go to the bank they are written on and ask them to see if the check is good, if so pay the few dollars and cash it. If you deposit the check and it bounces you are out a fee and you have nothing, but if you try to cash it at the bank it is written on and it is insufficient you can always try again.

How many aside from citykid have recieved bad checks lately? Has anyone recieved their refund in full all at once?

I am one of the many that just recently found out in March what was going on with MMG. I have since filed with the FTC, BBB of Arizona, Texas and my homestate. I was told they have canceled my account but have yet to see a refund. They told me they had to send out a cancelation letter to be signed, which I assume is just a stalling tactic. I have yet to be able to speak to Hyla but I have called several times and emailed asking for someone to have her call me. Anyway I have approx $4200 in my account there and want every penny back. I have all of my statements and a copy of the page with all the account detail. I am still emailing but can no longer get through on their phone number. Any help to a new number would be great.

Money 101, if you have read this forum you know by now that this has and is an on going thing, it is a battle all the way to get anything from this company, they almost always hold some of your refund, they did mine and many many otheres. They have caused lots of us to file bankrupcy and pay that big fee also, our credit is gone and we are out some of if not all of our money, call your senators, your attorney general office, eveyone you can think of, fbi, irs, this is a terrible thing that we all have and are going through, i don't think anyone on here got all of their money back but you stop payment at your bank now with mmg and push this like all of us are pushing, the email that i used is hyla at rmp but who knows if it still goes of not, good luck in your months of fighting with these people, if you know anyone else that is still paying into this company let them know to get out nowwwwww,

You said in a previous post on this forum that you would return any phone calls or e-mails, well I have emailed you several days and left a message for you and you have not returned either one. I have been waiting for my refund for 9 months and all you can tell me is you will check to see with the Finance Department what is going on with my refund. I would like to have my 7000 dollars now!!!!

Hyla & Chris, come clean with everyone. For once in your life take full responsiblity for your actions. Stop hiding. Admit you spent the money and lay out an actionable plan to repay your clients. Get some good counsel. If you do, you will feel a huge weight come off your back. You may also quiet down some of the trash talk that is being directed toward you. No offense, but you are both in way over your heads.

The problem is that Chris and Hyla have no morals. I used to work for them and they lied to us to. I dont think they know the difference between right and wrong. What works best for them is right in their minds and that's about it. I doubt they feel guilty about this.

I had just sent an email to the chayes(at)kpho.com address and it came back to tell me there is no such address. Can anyone help me out here. I too have also been scammed by mmg in the amount of $1900.00.

I sent an email to hala(at)riskmp.com requesting an official cancelation form and the email; came back undeliverable. says unkown user what can I do I'm recently new to this. I filed a complaint on lawcash, I have only gotton that far.

Who is best to file complaints with next. They MMG has $14,000.00 of my money. Does anyone have a copy of the cancellation form then could send me. It is 1230 AM my time and I'm going to bed. Be back on tomorrow. Please anyone help.

this is getting ridiculous, seem like this month alone, more and more people are coming out, that are just finding out about these people, THAT MEANS, they are still in business. How can we stop them? Instead of finding a way to re-pay us, they're continuing to rip off people and getting more and more deeper, EITHER that or they are continuing to steal and get more money and probably move to another country. I am so disgusted by them. Is there anyone who can get information on an attorney that would represent us as a whole? We really need to get something going. I am asking around the NY area for a reputable attorney. If I find one I will let you all know. I think a lawsuit would at least get the ball rolling for all of us at the very least. Hyla won't take our calls or answer our emails and we are all owed some money. This is so aggravating!!!!

Do you have access to a fax machine? I can fax you a copy of RMP's cancelation letter.

Be careful with the MMG cancellation letter - have your attorney review it as you could be giving up certain rights when you sign it. Read your original agreement with MMG - it says that cancellation should be in writing. It does NOT specify that their letter be used to cancel your account. Also, send any correspondence certified-return-receipt-requested so that you have proof of receipt by them. Hyla will still say that she doesn't "have your file" - another stall tactic, but stay after her. I have a sample letter that you could use if you like.

Have any of you consulted attorneys? Just curious who has or has not.

Hi, I am too a member of MMG/RMP and have been for about 3.5 years. They actually settled 3 of my accounts, one was a really good deal. There is one left to settle and we have been trying to settle it for over a year. I understand what people say when they go to a law firm and then back to the cc company. It is quite frustrating. After reading these I guess it is time to try and get my money back, they have about $2500 dollars of ours. I just want this debt off my head. Creditors are now calling daily, probably because they aren't getting a response from RMP. I see the message from fraud about emailing the attorney general. More information on that please.
