Miracle Management Group: How reliable are they?

I was reading concerns from people dealing with the named group above and I am also experiencing the same problems has anyone received legal advice as to what is next?

guest, you bet I did. Have a print out and a saved copy on the computer!! Only because the good people on this site told me what would happen! Thanks to everyone!!! Well I know they are still monitering their business! Now what?? I'm not going to send that cancelation letter until my lawyer goes over it!

Miracle Management Group-Refund update



We received an e-mail from Risk Management Partners today (3-29-06). They stated that they received our request to cancel our account and would begin processing it. They stated that we would be receiving a cancellation letter via postal mail. Here is the complete text of the e-mail reply (NOTE: We contacted RMP three ways-by e-mail, by regular postal mail, and by certified letter)

Your request to cancel from the program has been received and forwarded to
the Finance Department. Your account has been placed on hold to avoid any
future monthly drafting payments and to notify ALL departments of your
request to cancel. Our Finance Department will be mailing you a
cancellation letter at: ...please
sign, and return the letter to our office, and our Finance Department will
begin your refund process.

We will keep updating as this transpires. Be advised for anyone who tries to contact RMP via their e-mail account, that the e-mail address contained a SPACE at the beginning. So instead of "custserv@riskmp.com" it was " custserv(at)riskmp.com". The reply came from CustServ(at)RiskMP.com Be warned and be aware of the tricks being used to prevent them from being contacted.

When i cancelled with them it i kept a copy for myself and sent one to the ftc and everyone that i filed a complaint with,also they sent me an email because i was so mad that stated that i appeared to be upset in my email over the 250 cancellation fee but since they did not settle any of my accounts that the 250 did not apply to me but they still kept the first payment that i sent to them which was more than the 250 so i guess i lost in that deal like the credit thing i lost toooooooooooooo.

MadMom, at this point, i would love to be only out the $250 cancelation fee or 1st payment of $299. Trust me, I want it all back! But haven't even really started yet with the paper work through RMP. I have copied and printed so much info, i can't wait to get it all to the lawyer!!

Jerry , believe me i went through everything that you are going through, months as a matter of fact so i was just letting everyone know that they sometimes put on the cancellation letter that the 250 cancellation fee will be held, just letting everyone know that if they didn't settle any debts for you the cancellation fee is not suppose to be included, yeah i know what if feels like. I have been through it all, i have tried to help those that are new if i can in any way to get theirs back. It is a hard thing to go through that i will never forget or recover from, i won't trust another company ever. This has been a nightmare for me and all the others on here also.

I agree madmom. They have caused nothing but grief for me and my family. I feel so foolish for trusting these people with so much that I have. We are not fortunate people that can easily give out this type of money. They have taken 1/2 my wages for an entire year. I'm so angry about this all and I cry myself to sleep almost every night. I just want this nightmare to be over with.

I got all my money back except for the $699.00 in retainers and set-up fee's I had paid. But it took 14 long months of waiting, a bankruptcy, and bad credit for a long time. I also cried many days and nights over the finacial burdens they caused to me. The long wait, and the heartache they caused. Even though I have received my money I will also never forget all they have put me through and will continue to do whatever I can to help stop them.

I haven't heard or received anything yet from RMP. How long does it take for them to fianlly get back in touch with you when you tell them you want out? Since I got booted from their website, I know someone is watching! Now what? How do I make them respond? (RMP, Hyla, Mike Gerity)

BBB, thank you sooooo much for the info. Hyla Stanton has emailed me twice tonight! This is her reply to my request of refunding *all* my money..
1st- Your account will be negotiated, and I will see that it is done promptly. Hyla
2nd-Give us the contact numbers, I will see that the creditors are issued cks for the settlements.
Wow!!!!! I emailed her back & stated that i only want a refund!!! Waiting for her reply to that again!! thank you soooo much BBB! Please PM the other folks the info you gave me!!!

I got a phone call from Hyla a day or two ago. She wanted to confirm that I got her email stating I get the remainder of my refund issued May 26th. Surprising to say the least. I will let you know what happens.

Now I was promised this last month also, so we shall see. But it does seem promising.

Hello everyone. I received 2 more emails today for Hyla! Here is what she says:
1st-I am not RMP, but an employee, so please get your facts straight. I am the corporate secretary. Stop listening to gossip.
2nd- You have no right to throw out empty threats against companies that are not related to RMP It will be thrown out if you do. (I think she is talking about Chrome Lotus Wheels). I let het know that a lawsuit will be filed against her, RMP, and C.L.W.. I just replied to her emails, so i'll let y'all know what she says again. I've asked her for all the phone, and fax numbers...

Hello folks. Hyla has emaild me twice again tonight!! Here is what she says this time around:

1st- I see your refund amount is $12,500.00 (so she does have access to my account! But she needs to add in the set of fee and retainer fees of $1,299.00)
2nd- The refund of $12,500.00 cannot be issued prior to 5/26/06..

I have replied to both of the emails. Hopefully she will answer them again and i'll update y'all tomorrow evening. Goodluck everyone!

I e-mailed Hyla everyday last week with no response. I even called the number where the lady said that she only forwards calls to Hyla. Jerry and the other people who have got a response from her last week what e-mail address did you use? I e-mailed her at hyla(@)riskmp.com

I have been bogged down by the flurry of refunds, and most of them from people reading this blog. First of all, I want to state that EVERYONE will be refunded, and I apologize for the delay. I have been busy calling and responding to emails, but IF YOU ARE TRYING TO COLLECT YOUR FUNDS, PLEASE EMAIL ME! I see tons of posts, but I need to know who you are to refund you. hyla...since you are reading this dont you think you owe us all an explanation as to what you did with our money that was suppose to take 4 to 6 weeks to get? what about all the other debt and heartache you have caused us all because you decided that you didnt think we needed our money...what about the people that filed bankruptcy because your company didnt do what they said they would do? why do you think you should keep the retainer fees if we had to file bankruptcy because you did absolutely nothing?

just a few questions that should be answered dont you think? we trusted you and all we got was nothing.

Hyla, I see you are reading this forum so here's my two cents. I was one of the lucky ones to get a refund only because my ex wouldn't allow you to defraud us. But because you and your company failed to live up to it's obligations I still had humongous debt to deal with. Accounts that started low increased tremendously and my credit rating will NEVER be the same. I'll never be able to regain any type of decent credit status. I can't buy a car or appliance or a house or anything. I don't know how I can reestablish my credit rating. Your actions or should I say lack of action has ruined my life and you continue to use other unscrupulous means to take advantage of other people.

Hyla, the same goes for me that the previous post stated, i had to file bankrupcy over your company and like the above i cannot buy anything on credit because of you and your company, no not because if didn't pay my bills because i trusted your company to help me when you contacted meeeee, so how do you explain what all of us should do at this point, also the money you hold is wrong on your part, you costed me my credit, 1000 dollars for the bankrupcy, months of worry and frustration, how do you fix that hyla? I asked you for months, talked nice to you and waited when you told me i would get the refund, it still came a lot later than you said i would get it, my opinion you should still have to give back the fees you held and the cost that we all paid to get out of the mess we were put in over the untruth that came from mmg/rmp.So when you sell the house that everyone is talking about send us restitution for what you did to us and oh yeah make sure you pay all the ones that you owe that you haven't paid first and if anything is left send us our restitution and fees that you held. That is what a decent company would do and if the ftc takes over it may happen anyway.

Corporate Secretary?? I think If I remember correctly, On the consent order from the State Banking Dept, It is signed by Hyla Stanton President of Miracle Management Group and Hyla Stanton President of Risk Management Partners.

Hey Hyla, as far as this ever growing blog is concern, WE ARE THE COLLECTORS!! YOU`RE PAST DUE WITH THE PAYMENTS!!

How are we supposed to get a hold of you when none of your phone numbers or fax numbers are working? How can you run a business like that? I've tried emailing you (like you just told us to do!) over a dozen times and I've gotten only ONE response from you in the last month. I've waited over 6 weeks for my refund and I feel like no progress has been made. I've spoken to all my creditors and explained my situation to them. What's the holdup? IF our $ is in a settlment account of our own in a legal bank then why is this taking so long? Don't you realize that we all have lives, families and futures that depend on this money that we trusted you with? Please please please respond back to us! I'm losing my patience...
