I got this email response to my request for a refund. I paid over $4000 on a $200 loan from them and I figured they owed me some money. I of course let them know i contacted the TX AG's office and this is the response I got......do they think I am stupid???

I had a loan with them and after I told them that I had filed a complaint with the NC AG's office, they were more than glad to settle for $200.00 (principal) and I have one last pmt for $25.00, then they will send me a PIF letter...How long do you guys think that I will wait for that?? Better not hold my breath...LOL..

Texas, They will respond to the AG. They are on the list here in WV, Will be good to see these people gop down. Hope you get a refund. Thats ridicoulous the money you paid. KYSIDE38

I got this today......they didn't want to mess with the AG's office I guess. I am thrilled though!! YIPPEE

Nat you have to give them time. Some of my complaints have been over a year and still not resolved. A lot of legal work goes into this. KYSIDE38

Yes they are taking the time. Got back thousands of dollars from 18 so far here for consumers. Sued 14 more. More on the way. YAH!!!! KYSIDE38
